Jeff Reed plays the position of IT Service Desk Manager inside of one of ProServ’s National Accounts. In this role, Jeff leads a team that manages a range of issues and services from application troubleshooting, to hardware purchasing and configuration, budgeting to project management, and everything in between. Jeff’s passion revolves around identifying a struggling process, understanding the business case, and reengineering it to be as streamlined and repeatable as possible. He reminds himself daily that hard work, humility, empathy, and kindness will always point one in the right direction. Some days may be easier than others!

Outside of the office, he is leading Team Reed, beside his better half Emily, and two young children, Luke and Erin. When not raising a family, you can find him playing video games, board games, disc golf, or watching Office Space for the hundredth time, not that anyone is counting.
